I Am JAA
For the purpose of this site and all things connected to it, I am Jaa (i.e., Just Another Astrology). I was born in Bedford Styverson and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Thus, I grew up a bit of an adventurer. After reaching adulthood and doing a short stint in the military, which took me as far as Germany, I decided to increase my knowledge of the world by expanding my travels. I returned to live in Germany as a civilian. From there, I visited several European countries before deciding to broaden my horizons by visiting Congo, Central Africa, Egypt (East Africa), where I lived for several years, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and Israel/Palestine, all before I journeyed to West Africa, where I met my Astrology teacher.
Before I met him and at the time of the meeting, I considered myself to be one of the most devoted disbelievers in astrology. In fact, though a close friend invited me several times to go meet the man who would become my astrology teacher, I resisted strongly because I did not want to have anything to do with such nonsense. After some time, I realized my friend wasn’t going to give up insisting on the meeting, so I gave in and went to meet the man who would change my view of astrology, astronomy, time, and several other things pertaining to life and our interconnections to the celestial bodies, people, places, and things.
Today, I view the world through the eyes of an astrologer. To keep the reading of my astrological experiences to a minimum, let me share my stories via video.
